Salary up to 20k a year basic for 40 hours with added bonuses and overtime options available.

Key responsibilities include –

Manage engineers queries, calendars and routes

Answer the phone with polite mannerism and deal with the customer’s query as quickly and efficiently as possible

Manage your engineer’s availability using portal systems

Add and process jobs using our JMS system from adding to invoicing, including BERS and obsoletes

Use insurance company’s portals and update and process the job as required by the insurance company

Book jobs using a structured availability system

During service season reach booking targets and ensure engineers full

Raise jobs as required by engineers·

Use figures and KPI boards to work out daily potentials and daily earnt to track targets
